HE & BS Benson have manufactured specialised solenoids and electro-magnets to Industry standards for more than 47 years. Although not ISO9000 approved HE & BS Benson continues to maintain a high level of customer service/support and quality of products related to its industry.
Some of HE & BS Benson customers have responded in writing expressing their satisfaction in the service and quality of products provided by the company. Standards are maintained by making the correct choice over our material suppliers, some have been with HE & BS Benson for a number of years, some are ISO9000 approved but all understand the quality levels required. Additionally HE & BS Benson products can be provided to recognised International standards such as UL.
Piece part and assembly process plans coupled with 100% production line testing and final batch testing ensures the overall quality of our products is assured. It can be said that most of the HE & BS Benson quality systems and processes follow those as defined under ISO9000.
HE & BS Benson is committed to health and safety in the workplace and environment. The company has a competent employee qualified under the NEBOSH National General Certificate in Occupational Health and Safety as well as an external source that provides up to date information within our industry. There is awareness to Government directives on Hazardous Materials such as cadmium and lead, for example, and these have been replaced with safe alternatives.
